Privacy Policy
Information collected
photo.makanapp may receive a customer's name, email address, billing information, order details, download and delivery records, and messages sent for support or other inquiries. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by photo.makanapp.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and related billing information. Resend delivers transactional order, access, and support emails. Vercel hosts the website, and private customer delivery assets are stored in Vercel Blob. Neon stores durable commerce records, including order, fulfillment, delivery-access, refund, and dispute information.
How information is used
Information is used to operate checkout, fulfill purchases, provide secure downloads, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain accounting records, handle refunds and disputes, operate and protect the service, and meet reasonable legal obligations.
Optional marketing
Marketing email is optional and will be used only after separate, affirmative consent. Purchasing does not enroll a customer in marketing. Existing customers are not automatically opted in. photo.makanapp does not automatically upload customer information to advertising audiences.
Sharing and sale
Customer personal information is not sold. Information is shared with service providers only as reasonably needed for the operational purposes described above, or when disclosure is required to protect the service or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention and choices
Transaction, delivery, dispute, accounting, and support records are retained for a reasonable period appropriate to those purposes. A customer may unsubscribe from future marketing using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, or request correction or deletion of personal information by contacting photo.makanapp. Some information may need to be retained for transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
