Digital Purchase and Refund Policy
Digital delivery
Digital purchases provide access to the selected personal-use image files or complete Collection package. Delivery access will be provided after payment is confirmed once checkout and secure delivery are launched.
Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, purchases are generally non-refundable after download access has been used. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law.
Problems we will review
Please contact photo.makanapp about duplicate purchases, incorrect files, failed delivery, inaccessible downloads, or other technical problems. Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.
This launch-stage policy should receive final legal review before live checkout is enabled.
