Digital Purchase and Refund Policy
Digital delivery
Each purchase is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped. After payment is confirmed, a secure delivery email provides access to the selected personal-use image files or complete Collection package.
Access and file storage
Download access normally expires seven days after delivery. Each file is limited to five successful download issuances. Save and back up every purchased file promptly so it remains available after access expires or the issuance limit is reached.
Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, completed digital purchases are normally final once delivery access has been provided or used. Refund requests are reviewed based on the delivery record and circumstances, including duplicate charges, incorrect files, or unresolved delivery problems. A refund may be full or partial when appropriate. This does not limit rights or remedies that apply to the purchase.
Problems we will review
Contact photo.makanapp if a delivery is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, duplicated, or contains an incorrect file. Include the customer-facing order reference and a short description so the delivery can be reviewed and corrected.
